All of the leading sires and top prospects have been represented including high profile "boys" like Encosta de Lago, Fusaichi Pegasus, Exceed and Excel, Rock of Gibraltar, Danehill Dancer, Fantastic Light, Galileo, Danzero, Flying Spur, Royal Academy and Show a Heart.

While those covering sires are sure to provide an excellent opportunity for buyers - plenty of interest will surround those mares in the sale by a group of hot sires including Iglesia, Jeune, More Than Ready and Zabeel.

Iglesia, who'll be standing this spring at about $20,000, has made every post a winner with his first crop of two-year-olds. He's had a handful of classy winners including last start stakes winner Foolish and Group winner Written Tycoon.

Mummify's outstanding win in the recent $3 million Singapore Airlines International Cup at Kranji again turned the attention to his Melbourne Cup winning sire Jeune. A number of mares have been catalogued following a spring date with the Collingrove Stud based chestnut - among them a mare by At Talaq - the same as Mummify himself.

One of the most talked about sires of the moment in Australia is Southern Halo's exciting son More Than Ready. His first crop in Australia this season have taken all before them. Among his young stars are the proven stakes winners Carry on Cutie, Blizzardly and last weekend's SA Sires' Produce winner Tonz More Fun.

Yearlings by Redoute's Choice have taken the country by storm this year and some 16 mares in the catalogue have been covered by this super son of Danehill. With Group One winners like Magic Millions graduates Lotteria, Undoubtedly, Fashions Afield and Golden Slipper hero Stratum, there's little wonder why he's a young sire on fire!

And in recent weeks no sire's dominated racing throughout Australasia and further abroad than Cambridge Stud champion Zabeel. He recently provided the quinella in the QEII Cup in Hong Kong. Season after season Zabeel unearths more racetrack star. There's a couple of top prospects in the sale covered by the outstanding son of Sir Tristram.
