Stewards have today inquired into the bona fides of the
ownership of the racehorses ARONDAN and ACADEMY IDOL when trained by Mark
Minervini.
Evidence was provided that ARONDAN’s ownership had changed
prior to commencing its current preparation and that Mr. B. Woodhouse had
acquired the interests previously held by Mr. S. Scannell. Mr. Minervini

not correctly state the owners. He was fined $150 on each breach.

Stables Pty Ltd Syndicate had relinquished its interest to other parties in
the ownership. Mr. Minervini admitted knowledge of these matters and pleaded

the entries of ACADEMY IDOL for races at Murray Bridge on Wednesday, 9
