What is the difference between a TVF Member and a
Subscriber?
A Member is someone who has registered a Member Login Name and Password. A Subscriber is a
Member who has put money into their Member Account and used the funds to purchase a TVF
subscription such as form or ratings.
What is the difference between a Subscription and
Pay Per View?
Subscribers have unlimited access to the service they have subscribed to for the
subscription period. Pay Per View clients can purchase just the files they want as and
when they want them.
I have money in my Member Account. Why can't I
access ZIP files?
ZIP files are only available to Subscribers. To get access to them, you need to use the
funds in your account to purchase a subscription for a service which includes the ZIP or
ZIPX option. These include the PRO1, PRO2, PUN1 & PUN2 services.
What do I need to do to be a Subscriber?
Firstly you must go to the Member Services menu and login using your Member Login Name and
Password. You will then need to click on the Credit Account link to put funds in your
account. Once you have funds available you can click on the Subscriptions link to select
the service and length of subscription you require.
I'm already a Subscriber. Can I join a Cyberhorse
Racing Club?
If you have a current form or ratings subscription you can purchase one or more Club
Memberships for $100 each.
Can I join more than one Cyberhorse Racing Club?
Yes you can. Once you have become a subscriber, you can purchase any number of extra Club
Memberships for $100 each.
Where's the form?
Before you can gain access to form or other data available to Members, you will need to
log in. To save time you can bookmark the page that you get to after logging in.
How can I find out what is in each TVF service?
If you go to the About TVF, Service Guide, Service Pricing or Subscriptions page, you will
find a number of links for each service. Clicking on those links will popup a window with
an explanation of each service, what it costs and how to use it.
How can I print out the contents of the popup
windows that form and ratings appear in?
You have two options. Firstly each window should have a Print button which should activate
the Print Screen function. Second, Internet Explorer users can right click in the window
to bring up a menu with the Print option.
How do I get the form to display with the most
recent race last, like in a newspaper form guide?
After logging in you should go to Change Details in the Member Admin menu. Then select the
Most Recent Race Last option.
How can I save form and ratings to disk?
In Internet Explorer right click on the display window and select the View Source option.
The text file displayed can be saved to disk. Netscape users will have to right click,
select View Source, highlight the contents of the window and cut and paste them into a
text editor window. The text file can then be saved to disk. The best option if you wish
to use form as data is to become a Subscriber to a service which includes ZIP files. These
then become your data source and are much more convenient to download and use.
Where are the Ratings Archives?
They can be found here.
