| A number of
software developers have standardised on The Virtual FormGuide zip files as their
preferred input for their programs. As a result, Cyberhorse has established an historical
archive of zip files to enable TVF Members to do more extensive testing of their systems.
Individual meeting form files can be downloaded at a cost of $0.50c each. We have 4 year's historical form files available in the standard TVF zip file format (refer to the Help Menu for more details).
The data can be searched for by month and state and then for metropolitan, provincial or
country meetings during that month. To make multiple file downloads faster we have
designed the system to email the form files to you, instead of having to download them one
at a time.
Members should take a couple of precautions before
commencing ordering of form archive files :-
- Go to the Change Details link in Member Administration and
check that the email address in your TVF Member File is correct. This is the address that
your files will be sent to.
- Make sure that your mailbox is not full. We have designed
the download system so that you cannot download more than about 20 zip files at a time,
which will produce a 1-2Mb email. Creating several of these in one session, however, could
easily overflow your email box.
If for whatever reason, your ordered files do not arrive,
do not despair. You may re-order them and you will not be charged a second time. Files
that you have already ordered and paid for are marked, so you do not waste time by
downloading more than once. However, if you have had a delivery problem, the file will be
marked by us as having been delivered, so you will have to keep track of which files you
have actually received yourself. |
